Every feature comes out of a real host's day — turnover crunches, channel sync glitches, late-night guest messages. We test on our own portfolios before we ship.
Privacy by design
Guest data is yours. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), never used to train shared models. GDPR-ready out of the box for EU and UK operators.
Hospitality first
We optimise for the guest experience, not the dashboard pageviews. The platform should fade into the background; your stays should feel personal.
Multi-region by default
Currencies, languages, time zones, and regulatory regimes — all first-class. Adding a property in a new country shouldn't require a workaround.
Honest pricing
Per-host pricing, not per-booking. No commission on guest payments. The platform's interest is your portfolio's profit — not its volume.

From one frustrated weekend to a platform
2022
The breakdown
Catarina runs three channel-sync incidents in a single weekend across her Cascais portfolio. Spreadsheets, group chats, and four browser tabs aren't holding.
2022
First prototype
Rohan and Catarina ship a private build of the channel-manager and reservation timeline. Used internally across 22 properties for six months.
2023
Closed beta
Opened the platform to 40 hosts across Portugal, Spain, and Mexico. Lessons from the beta shaped the housekeeping board and the unified inbox.
2024
Public launch
General availability with five-channel coverage. First multi-region operators (UK, US, AU) onboard within the first quarter.
